Within the exhibition’s framework, as in every event, a number of workshops and seminars will be held concerning current issues of the meat and mass catering sectors, as well as new developments in the industry. With significant and renowned speakers, the workshops held at MEAT DAYS in cooperation with institutions, offer the entire event essence, knowledge and excellent information. In a specially designed seminar area, holding such lectures will attract 100s of professionals and add depth to the entire exhibition.

Also, competitions and demonstrations of cutting and creation of meat products with professionals and institutions, such as the butchers’ competition in cooperation with the Panhellenic Federation of Butchers (PFOB), the cuts and meat techniques in cooperation with the BUTCHERS, the preparation of meat products and the correct management of meat in collaboration with companies and professionals of the sector, are some of the events which will be held and enriched in the next edition, will offer spectacle, knowledge and innovative ideas to those who attend.

8th EVALUATION OF MEAT PRODUCTS
The highly acclaimed evaluation of Greek meat products will take place at the 8th MEAT 2024 exhibition. The aim is to showcase the taste of domestic charcuterie and meat products, to promote Greek producers and to advertise their products both in the Greek and foreign market. Professionals from the meat market who constitute the jury, after a taste test, will point out and reward the Greek products of superior quality.
The Meat Products Evaluation, which was an initiative of O.MIND CREATIVES, the organizers of the exhibition, with the contribution of the professional bodies of the sector, has offered many and significant benefits to Greek producers of meat products, both with the honors they have received from previous events, as well as from the notes that the examiners have made to their products, in order to improve their quality.
